2005 Ford Mustang - Rvinyl Dash Kit Customer Installation Slide Show

2005 Ford Mustang - Rvinyl Dash Kit Customer Installation Slide Show

Since we have received so many customer installation photos of the dash kit for the 2005 Mustang we thought it would be nice to put together a little slide show for your viewing pleasure on a Saturday morning. The video includes customer installations of our black, 3D carbon fiber, our brushed aluminum vinyl kit as well as shots of our Gloss Red and Gloss Yellow finishes. As you can see from the videos, the kits are precision cut and although installation isn't easy it is certainly intended for the DIY crowd. Plus at under $40 a kit you just can't go wrong! Enjoy the video and we'd love to hear your thoughts!

The 2002 Acura RSX Type-S – The Successor to the Integra Throne

[wpvideo RqVMXFL8]

The 2002 Acura RSX was the designed to succeed the acclaimed Integra and take its rightful place on the Japanese tuner throne. Among some of the most noticeable improvements are increased engine power and enhanced handling. But, perhaps the biggest change to whch the RSX attests is theat of marketing strategy. It seems that someone in Japan realized that Audi, BMW and the rest of the sports and luxury crowd in Europe must be doing something right by sticking to alppha-numeric desigmnations rather than pulling the names for new cars out of Final Fantasy. And, surprisingly, it seem=s to have worked as 10 years later you can't drive far in the Tristate area without seeing a bevvy of TLs, CLs, MDXs and the now venerable RSX. Sound activated with opening light ceremony fitment 2" Swoosh oil temperature gauge race track enthusiasts or tricked out daily drivers. Prewired and ready to install. Design to be easily read at high speeds or just for aesthetic beauty. Anyway, to return to the topic at hand, in terms of size, the RSX is only slightly larger than its predecessor and there are only two trim levels for 2002: the RSX and the RSX Type-S. Fortunately for all involved, the sexier Type-S is the trim that concerns us today. The Type-S is the performance version of the base with a riduculous amount of HP for it's size. Like its predecessor it uses Variable Valve Timing and Lift Electronic Control that made it incredibly fuel efficient for its day. Yet, the most interesting thing about the RSX for a vinyl guy like myself is its rich exterior. The smoothly sloping hood and roof line, the pointed nose, pentagonal grille and fantastically formed head and tailights lend themselves incredibly well to wraps, tinting and aftermarket accessories of all types. A case in point are Ivan's rebate photos that he took of his installation of a yellow smoke wrap on his for lights. Fog Light Tint - 2002 Acura RSX Type-S

The 2008 Mitsubishi Lancer - The Marriage of Aeronautic and Nautical Design

The 2008 Mitsubishi Lancer symbolizes a complete retooling of the inside and outside of the revered ride. Mitsubishi obviously took some motivation from it’s aircraft collections with the upgrade of the Lancer’s front-end to provide its all-new front fascia which Mitsubishi called a “shark-nosed” look. Regardless of whether you want to use nautical or aeronautic metaphors there is no doubt that the 2008 Lancer is a better looking car than its forerunner. The 2008 is built on an all new, FWD foundation with many similarities to those used on the Dodge Caliber. As such, the 2008 Lancer furnishes a wider wheelbase to provide a more constant and stable ride.
